With the current situation in the world, you might be looking to reduce the number of visitors to your site. Alternatively, you might be trying to avoid the cost of an engineer call out. Or maybe, you’re just facing a relatively straight forward technical problem with one of your printers and just need some guidance?
Whatever it is, we all face problems with our printers from time to time, and this is where a service call voucher comes in. These new vouchers entitle you to a one-hour phone call with a highly skilled engineer.
We recently supplied our customer Charlie Bradford with one of these vouchers. We caught up with him to find out more about his experience.
Charlie is the Production Suite Coordinator at an E-Liquid company.
They were facing issues with one of their printers. Charlie had started printing on a different substrate, but the sensors wouldn’t read it. Charlie decided to contact Toshiba for support as they manufacture the printer. Toshiba advised contacting Readability as they supplied the product originally.
After a brief call, Readability suggested a service call.
These new vouchers entitle you to a one-hour phone call with an engineer to discuss potential solutions to your printing problem. The vouchers are a much cheaper alternative to a standard call out and mean you don’t have to have additional people on site.
Charlie commented: ‘the process was really straight forward. I raised a ticket and was given a time for the call. It was really quick and easy.’
“We were very pleased with the Phone Support Vouchers. The engineer was very polite and very knowledgeable. They called on time and had the issues fixed within around fifteen minutes. As the service was for an hour, they said that if we had any further issues before the end of the day then we could ring for more help. It’s a great service, I’d highly recommend it.” – Charlie Bradford
