We recently supplied our customer Charlie Bradford with one of these vouchers. We caught up with him to find out more about his experience.

Summary 

Charlie is the Production Suite Coordinator at an E-Liquid company. 

They were facing issues with one of their printers. Charlie had started printing on a different substrate, but the sensors wouldn’t read it. Charlie decided to contact Toshiba for support as they manufacture the printer. Toshiba advised contacting Readability as they supplied the product originally.

The solution 

After a brief call, Readability suggested a service call.
