E-Liquid & Vape Labels Printing (10ml - 60ml) - Readability Ltd

E Liquid Labels & Carton Packaging

E liquid packaging requirements in the UK are some of the most stringent. Specifications for e liquid labels, bottles and packaging are all subject to tight compliance regulations.

Readability has been supplying printed, fully TPD regulation-compliant labels to the e liquid industry since 2014. We are widely acknowledged as the UK’s leading multi SKU printed e liquid label experts.

About our e liquid labels

  • ISO 11683 compliant
  • 3-5 working day lead time
  • 60ml and 10ml bottle shortfill labels

E-Liquid labels made easy

At Readability, we appreciate your need for durability and aesthetic appeal. This requirement is fulfilled through the use of quality materials and inks that can withstand the effects of e-liquid and cope with changes in storage conditions, such as temperature and humidity.

Tap into over two decades of know-how in combining different label materials and finishes to create an e-liquid label that connects with your target market. Choose from clear films, foil, holographic materials or semi-gloss vinyl and combine with a varnish, foil stamp, embossing or even a resin screen varnish to create the perfect label.

E-liquid label design and TPD requirements

E-liquid manufacturers need to follow these rules for their products to be Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) compliant:

  1. Bottle capacity must not exceed 10 mL
  2. Nicotine strength must not exceed 20 mg/mL
  3. Bottles must have childproof caps and nozzles that limit liquid flow
  4. Bottles must have nicotine warning stickers
  5. E-liquid boxes must include warning and informational leaflets
