The warranty period is 12 months*. Unless an extended warranty is purchased.
Warranty invalid if damage/dysfunction caused by improper handling/usage, destruction.
Warranty invalid if items have been disassembled/customised by end-user or non-authorised repair centres.
*Readability warrants that upon delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the Goods will be of satisfactory quality and conform to any specification or description of the Goods provided to you by Readability.
Exports and non-uk customers – unfortunately, we can not offer a warranty on goods exported beyond the UK.

6 months or 50km of use if fitted by a qualified engineer

Customer orders incorrectly: Returns accepted up to 14 Days from delivery, refund given minus delivery/courier and any repackaging fee.
Faulty item: Full refund including delivery.
Refund may be given subject to satisfactory goods inspection.
Delivery for Stock labels/Thermal Transfer Ribbons/Printers/Scanners/Parts/Stock Labels
Next working day cut off is: 12:30
Orders placed after 12:30 on Fridays are shipped next working day, for arrival the following working day.
Saturday delivery cut off: Friday 12:30
Orders placed at weekends: Dispatched on Mondays
All Epson deliveries are 2-3 Working Days
Subject to change on bank holiday weekends – no dispatch, delivery or order processing is done on bank holidays.
If agreed delivery time is not met, the delivery fee is refunded.
Back-Orders – Occasionally Items are available on back order, individual products will display this with a date the product is expected to be dispatched on a next-working-day delivery.
Export orders – buyer pays any additional import tax/duty/fee required by the local or national government.
Warranty for Custom Items: Printed labels/Plain labels
Warranty period: 6 Months*
